Witnesses were Jan Van Alsteyn and Marya (alternatively transcribed as Marytje) Van Alsteyn. [1][2]
He married Marytje van Alen in Claverack, New York, on 18 September 1761.
Innes Getty identified his wife as Maria Van Alen, daughter of Pieter Van Alen and Anna Van Wie, who was baptized 17 August 1740 at Linlithgo, New York.[3]
